What is a group consultation?
It’s a safe, welcoming space where you can share and talk about your symptoms with a small group of people experiencing similar challenges. You’ll receive support from others who understand what you’re going through, along with guidance from the clinician leading the session. The clinician will also provide helpful information to address your concerns and facilitate open group discussions.
Who attends a group consultation?
For each group consultation, up to 10 patients will be selected. Each session will also include a facilitator and a clinician. The facilitator will guide the session and ensure smooth communication, while the clinician will provide medical input and advice.

Whether you are going through peri-menopause or are in menopause, we would love to hear from you. Your feedback and participation will help us provide the best possible care and support for this often unspoken stage of women’s health.
