Our Social Prescribers provide a confidential, non-judgmental space where you can talk about what’s on your mind. They can also offer practical advice and guidance to help you through difficult times.

Am I Eligible?
You are eligible if you:
- Are over the age of 18 years old, and
- Are registered with Linden Hall Surgery, Wellington Road Surgery, Shawbirch Medical Centre or Donnington Medical Practice.
